My name is Poppy! I also go by Bunny. I'm a 24 year old artist & online creator based in Tynemouth, a rainy coastal town of the North East UK.
I love to create ethereal, comforting art. My focus is iconographic & environment design, nature motifs, abstract animation and character work, taking inspiration from the natural world, imaginative fantasy, and the feeling of warmth.Whilst at University I started posting my work online. In the six years since, I have been blessed with many friendships formed through art, and am deeply, cosmically grateful for every opportunity it has bought.I also create artwork that is specialised for use as wallpapers and icons. For most, using technology is unavoidable, so I knew that making our devices beautiful was a sure-fire way of bringing art (and consequently, peace) into our daily lives. It became an intense passion of mine: in such a fast-paced, demanding modern world, we deserve the ability to curate our own spaces that remind us to take it slow and appreciate the scenery.The name 'OakFrogs' simply came from my favourite tree and my favourite creature when I joined social media. If I was to use the same naming convention now, I'd be called 'BeechBoar.'When I'm not painting, I'll be found weaving or working with metal, studying archaeology, playing solitaire, or bird-watching!

I love to draw anything & everything! Your wonderful self, ocs, humanoids or animals, game or D&D or fictional characters, logos, emotes, twitch screens & elements, landscapes, animals, objects & more!Absolutely no hate art.

Pricing & Payment
I am always happy to work within absolutely any budget! Let me know your ideas & budget, and we can discuss our options!Commission payment & reservations are primarily made through my Ko-fi page, which accepts paypal, stripe, apple pay and all major cards - please email me organise a commission!I will also be setting up a Vgen account soon!I typically generate an invoices for commissions! Don't worry if you haven't used invoicing at all, it is mostly for our records and doesn't change anything about the process - you will still receive the confirmation email from ko-fi, paypal or vgen confirming your commission payment(s)!Patrons can redeem tokens to pay for commissions, in full or part! ▪︎ With a deposit upfront & instalments in a schedule that works for you!Note, in the case that the commission is finished before all instalments are paid, you will receive a watermarked version of your art. Cancellation & Refunds
I will happily refund you in full if you choose to cancel before I've started working on your commission!After the sketch, I can refund you up to 50% of the fee if you would like to cancelAfter the base colours, I can refund you 25% of the fee if you would like to cancelUnfortunately, I cannot refund you after the commission has been completed, but would be happy to make modifications to the final art!!If I need to cancel your commission for any reason, I will of course refund you 100%, regardless of how much I've already completed!

Usage Rights
By paying for a commissioned drawing, the Client is purchasing a personal-use license to the commissioned artwork.This license includes the following rights:
▪︎ The Client may share, post, and display the artwork online or in personal spaces
▪︎ The Client pay print the artwork for personal use only (e.g. for their own living space, or in a journal)
▪︎ The Client may use it as reference for their own characters or creative projects, as they own the character/concept (but not the artwork itself)However, the Client may not:
▪︎ Solicit the commission as their own work
▪︎ Sell, redistribute, or otherwise profit directly from this specific artwork
▪︎ Create or sell merchandise (e.g. prints, apparel, stickers) using the commissioned artwork
▪︎ Use the artwork in any generative AI, image Al, or machine learning
datasets, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, DALL-E, Grok, or similar systems
▪︎ Use the artwork as an NFT or similarAll rights not expressly granted remain with the Artist.
Process, changes & revisions
Your feedback means the world to me, and ensures i'm creating something you truly adore!This is what a commission process will look like:1. We will discuss your ideas & I will send you a written message in reply to clarify I have understood! At this stage, we can discuss via messaging to get a clear idea.2. I will send you a rough sketch. At this stage, you can request one set of edits that I will happily meet, free of charge!3. You will receive the lineart, or the base colors (depending on the style). At this stage, you can request a second set of edits free of charge.4. At the completion of the final work, you can request edits for an additional fee, negotiated separately**Final edits can be made for free if it was my mistake!Once your commission is finished, i will send you an email with a link to a google drive folder containing your artwork, plus a thank you note! If you prefer to receive the files in a different way, let me know <3

Reservation of Rights
I retain the copyright of the produced image, including sketches. I reserve the right to refuse a commission request. I reserve the right to use the image in my portfolio, website, marketing, as well as the right to share it online on social media. I will not share your commission online if it contains your personal information or is sensitive for you, so please let me know beforehand if you would prefer i do not post online!

Certficiate of Commercial Use
The Artist retains full copyright and moral rights to the artwork.
The Client's purchase grants usage rights only as described above.
If the Client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, a separate written agreement and licensing fee will be required.For acquisition of usage rights, such as selling the commission on a shirt, use in an advert, distributing your personal commission for business and commercial uses etc, please feel free to enquire! I would be more than happy to sell rights to the commission and provide a certificate of rights, after discussion.

I am currently opening commission slots for late February and early March (2026).I am available anytime through email, contact me hereI haven't had a chance to update my website with previews of my current style and commission offerings. Due to this, there is no obligation to follow through with a commission after first discussing it with me - we will only enter into an agreement once the artwork has begun, so there is zero pressure <3

✤ Timeline
From initial discussions to final approval, the commission
timeline ranges between 1 - 4 weeks depending on the scope of the project. You will receive frequent updates about the progress of your artwork, usually hearing from me twice weekly.
✤ Delivery
Your artwork(s) will be sent to you in a personal Google Drive folder for easy navigation. Files can be sent via email, dropbox or direct messaging on request. The Google Drive folder will include multiple variations of the final project (i.e. with and without a transparent background) plus a handwritten thank you note!
✤ Recolours
Additional icons or badges with the same shape and design as a previous badge can be recoloured with an 80% discount of the original price per illustration. For example, a yellow flower badge that was priced at $10 could be recoloured to a pink flower badge (of the same shape) for only $2, making the total for two badges $12.
✤ Bulk Discounts
Discounts are available when commissioning multiple of the same type of artwork. For example, 1 badge might cost $10, but for 5 badges I would offer a 10% discount, making the total $45 instead of $50. Discounts vary and can increase up to 25% - please inquire!

the illustation and twitch screen package includes a completely customisable painting. your painitng can include just a little character, on a plain background, perhaps baking a cake! it can also include a full painted background with petals twinkling in the sun! how about your character, sat on a picnic blanket, sipping warm coffee with their beloved cat familiars? anything you can dream of, i would be honoured to bring to life!you will receive the illustration with a plain coloured background, and a transparent or patterned background upon request, in 3600x2025px and 300dpi, perfect for twitch, printing, and for the average computer screen wallpapers!commissions take between 2-6 weeks from payment, but I will work as fast as possible, so the wait may be shorter! I also offer rush fees of £20, and with this, i will ensure to complete your commission within 1 day to 1 week! thank you so, so much for your support!

why join the discord server?
In the oakfrogs discord server, I regularly post sneak peaks and previews of future art and projects to the patreon channels. We also host giveaways of art and nitro! It is a cosy community with plenty of channels for all hobbies and interests - plus, I am working on some cute emotes for the server! Once they are available, if you have nitro, you'll be able to use them in other servers too!
what brushes & textures do you use?
I primarily draw with the brushes I create for procreate that will be available in the Oakfrogs Brush Bundle (coming soon!), and the texture is a noise and halftone layer overlaying the artwork. I will create a tutorial for how I texture my artwork soon!

when am i charged?
New patrons pay when they sign up. your sign-up payment gives you access to my back catalog of patreon posts from the past two years, and you will recieve a varying amount of acsess to posts depending on your tier. Following your first payment, you are then charged on the same day each month moving forwards. For example, if you join on the 23rd of June, your subscription will renew on the 23rd of July.
WHEN WILL I KNOW WHAT THE patreon DESIGNS ARE for the month?
I post a the rewards designs within the month they will be sent out. So you usually will not know what the reward design is for the coming month
will you open more slots for the ____ tier?
i try to open new slots for the commission based tiers at the start of every month, so keep an eye out! alternately, you can send me a message on patreon or email ([email protected]) to talk about a commission directly
how do i change tiers? will i be charged again?
you can change tiers by going into "manage my memberships" - if you've been charged already for that month, you won’t be charged for downgrading tiers, and you will only be charged the difference when upgrading tiers, not the full price
i’m in the froggy tier, which month's wallpaper do i get?
you receive the rewards of the month you sign up in. for example, if you sign up in january, you will receive january rewards.

HOW DOES PLEDGING WORK?
New patrons will be charged when signing up, and will then be given access to my back catalog of 5 years of patreon posts! You will be charged on the same day each month, unless you cancel.
I want to upgrade my membership
If you are currently a patron but you want to upgrade for the current month, click 'manage memberships'. you'll pay the difference between your previous and upgraded membership. After your initial upgrade payment, patreon will process your membership renewal payment on the 1st of each month moving forward
I want to downgrade my membership
If you are currently a patron and want to downgrade your membership, you'll experience no change. Since you aren't unlocking new content and have paid for the current month in total, there is no need for an additional payment. When your membership renews on the 1st of the month, your membership access and payment amount will reflect your new subscription
i want to cancel my membership
if you are currently a patron and want to cancel you will have access to the month you paid for, and the following month your pledge will not be processed
can i get a refund?
I can refund you via patreon for the first week of each month, after that I can send a refund via PayPal excluding processing fees. Send me a message on patreon dm and we will figure it out!
i dropped out before the month ended, will i still get my rewards?
yes! if you've been charged for that month, you will still be in my system to receive your rewards even if you unsubscribe before the month ends
when do you post wallpaper and icon bundles to patreon?
usually i aim for the goodies to be uploaded to patreon on the first day of the month - sometimes it is a little later, i am only human :P
