what will i draw?

there is not much i won't draw, i'll give everything a try!!humans, items and objects, landscapes, humanoid characters, fursonas, animals / pets, monsters, nsfw, gore (and more, feel free to ask)however, i will not draw hate art or anything politically motivated ::

Cancelling and Refunds

I will happily refund you in full if you choose to cancel before I've started working on your commission !!After the sketch, I can refund you 50% of the fee if you would like to cancelAfter the base colours, I can refund you 25% of the fee if you would like to cancelUnfortunately, I cannot refund you after the commission has been completed, but would be happy to make changes for a small fee !!If I need to cancel your commission for any reason, I will refund you 100%, regardless of how much I've already completed !!

Usage Rights

boring legal stuff you don't have to read ;;You have the following permissions with your finished commission: Freely post the commission on your websites and social media, or use a cropped version as an icon, banner, forum signature, wallpaper, etc, with credit to @oakfrogs. freely print the commission for personal use only.you may not solicit the commission as your own work, and must provide credit to me if possible! reselling my artwork, commissioned or not, as an nft or otherwise, is strictly forbidden. you also may not use the commission for commercial use or any situation where you make income. if you could like to use the commission for commercial use, please do inquire!

Payment

All Payments are made through Ko-fi, paypal, or with redeemed patreon tokens !! (what are patreon tokens?)

changes & revisions

your feedback means the world to me, and ensures i'm creating something you truly adore !!firstly, i will send you one rough sketch ; at this stage, you can request one set of edits that I will happily meet, free of charge.at the completion of the final work, you can request edits for an additional fee, negotiated separatelyonce your commission is finished, i will send you an email with your image files attached, a thank you letter note and certificate of authenticity!

Reservation of Rights

more boring legal stuff you don't have to read ;;I retain the copyright of the produced image, including sketches. I reserve the right to refuse a commission request. I reserve the right to use the image in my portfolio, website, marketing, as well as the right to share it online on social media. I will not share your commission online if it is personal or sensitive for you

certficiate of commercial use

acquisition of usage rights, such as selling the commission on a shirt, use in an advert,  distributing your personal commission for business and commercial uses etc, please feel free to enquire - I would be more than happy to sell rights to the commission and provide a certificate of rights after discussion

the illustation and twitch screen package includes a completely customisable painting. your painitng can include just a little character, on a plain background, perhaps baking a cake! it can also include a full painted background with petals twinkling in the sun! how about your character, sat on a picnic blanket, sipping warm coffee with their beloved cat familiars? anything you can dream of, i would be honoured to bring to life!you will receive the illustration with a plain coloured background, and a transparent or patterned background upon request, in 3600x2025px and 300dpi, perfect for twitc, printing, and for the average computer screen wallpapers!commissions take between 2-6 weeks from payment, but I will work as fast as possible, so the wait may be shorter! what program and tablet do you use?

i use a 12.9-inch apple iPad pro, and second generation apple pencil, and the procreate app !!

what bruses and textures do you use?

i draw with the brushes i create for procreate in the super art bundle, and the textures are paper and noise patterns overlaid ontop of the artwork, also found in the art bundle - the digital art bundle, containing over 300 brushes, 300 paper textures, 50 colour palettes and more, is currently under construction, but once it is finished, it will be found on my patreon and ko-fi !!

what fonts do you use?

a few of the fonts i made can be found for free here - i will certainly be making more free fonts soon, they are so fun !!+ the two fonts i use most commonly in art are 'made dilan', found here and 'kinda', found here, made by the absolutely incredible artist @komomorebi !!+ on my iphone and ipad home screen, i use custom fonts for the app names - you can find the font i use here, on the fourth row down, and some other cute fonts here!

when am i charged?

New patrons pay when they sign up. your sign-up payment gives you access to my back catalog of patreon posts from the past two years, and you will recieve a varying amount of acsess to posts depending on your tier. Following your first payment, you are thhen charged on the 1st of each month moving forwards

WHEN WILL I KNOW WHAT THE patreon DESIGNS ARE for the month?

I post a the rewards designs within the month they will be sent out. So you usually will not know what the reward design is for the coming month

will you open more slots for the ____ tier?

i try to open new slots for the commission based tiers at the start of every month, so keep an eye out! alternately, you can send me a message on patreon or email ([email protected]) to talk about a commission directly

how do i change tiers? will i be charged again?

you can change tiers by going into "manage my memberships" - if you've been charged already for that month, you won’t be charged for downgrading tiers, and you will only be charged the difference when upgrading tiers, not the full price

i’m in the froggy tier, which month's wallpaper do i get?

you receive the rewards of the month you sign up in. for example, if you sign up in january, you will receive january rewards.

HOW DOES PLEDGING WORK?

New patrons pay when you sign up, your sign-up payment gives you access to my back catalog. Following your first payment, Patreon charge patrons on the 1st of each month moving forward

I want to upgrade my membership

If you are currently a patron but you want to upgrade for the current month, click 'manage memberships'. you'll pay the difference between your previous and upgraded membership. After your initial upgrade payment, patreon will  process your membership renewal payment on the 1st of each month moving forward

I want to downgrade my membership

If you are currently a patron and want to downgrade your membership, you'll experience no change. Since you aren't unlocking new content and have paid for the current month in total, there is no need for an additional payment. When your membership renews on the 1st of the month, your membership access and payment amount will reflect your new subscription

i want to cancel my membership

if you are currently a patron and want to cancel you will have access to the month you paid for, and the following month your pledge will not be processed

can i get a refund?

I can refund you via patreon for the first week of each month, after that I can send a refund via PayPal excluding processing fees. Send me a message on patreon and we can figure it out

i dropped out before the month ended, will i still get my rewards?

yes! if you've been charged for that month, you will still be in my system to receive your rewards even if you unsubscribe before the month ends

when do you post wallpaper and icon bundles to patreon?

usually i aim for the goodies to be uploaded to patreon on the first day of the month - sometimes it is a little later, i am only human :P

what is happening with physical goodies?

sadly, i have had to close the physical rewards tiers on the oakfrogs patreon indefinitely. even though we had a lot of set backs and delays, i really did enjoy packaging the goodies up for all you lovely people, so this is really quite sad!

do not fear - you will receive a full, complete refund of the physical part of your patreon pledge for every single month you haven’t received physical goodies !!

reasons for discontinuation

✿ around midyear, i moved location and house. it was a really large job and for two months after the move, i was living out of boxes and experienced a big setback on manufacturing, packing and shipping the physical goodies that was very hard to catch up with

✿ during the move, two boxes containing 350 prints+ were damaged by water. as you can imagine, this was really upsetting and set me back a lot of time, money and emotional wellness eheh

✿ my new house is much smaller and sadly i have no room to store physical goodies, or room to manoeuvre when packing your goodies, it isn't realistic :(

✿ before moving, i worked with a small local company to create prints and stickers on good quality, recycled paper. in my new area, there are sadly no manufacturers like this, and i am very hesitant to use online manufacturers due to bad experiences in the past, and the fact they don’t offer good quality recycled paper options

✿ finally, and the thing which impacts this decision the most - my physical health is very unreliable; some months i will feel a lot worse without warning, and won’t be able to manufacturer or package mail safely - i felt like it wasn't fair for you lovely people that the physical goodies would be uncertain in this way

if you are wondering what will happen to the physical patreon tiers, i certainly won’t be deleting them - instead, i will be converting them to personalised monthly commission based rewards !!one patreon token converts to £5, and you can find more details on commission pricing here
